What is a Board Plan? A cycle-based structure with fixed positions

A Board Plan (often called a revolving board model) is designed around fixed positions. Each board has a predefined layout and completes a cycle when all positions are filled. Once completed, the system can automatically split the board, promote eligible members, and start new boards to keep the earning process moving in a repeatable, trackable flow.

Board cycle workflow (Split → Promote → New Board)

✔ 1) Board dimensions & position rules

The company sets the board layout in advance (example: a compact board, multi-row board, or any fixed-position pattern). Because the number of slots is known, tracking fill progress and cycle completion becomes simple and transparent.

✔ 2) Auto-fill placement & waiting queue

New participants are placed into the next available slot based on your configured logic (queue, sponsor-based entry, or a controlled placement method). This makes onboarding fast and keeps boards moving consistently.

✔ 3) Board completion triggers rewards

When the board is filled, the system triggers your configured reward rules: cycle reward, completion bonus, position-based payout, or other incentive logic that fits your plan budget and compliance approach.

✔ 4) Split & promotion to the next board

After completion, the board can split into sub-boards automatically. Selected members are promoted into a higher board (or next cycle), while the remaining members continue within newly created boards for continued progress.

✔ 5) Cycling / re-entry (optional)

Cycling allows eligible participants to re-enter a new board after completion. This creates repeat earning rounds and helps maintain long-term engagement when paired with clear qualification rules.

MLM Board Plan Structure

The admin panel can show board fill status, member positions, split history, promotion path, and cycle logs to keep reporting clear.

Board plans are built for structured, cycle-based progress. With the right split rules and transparent reporting, a board system can keep participation organized while maintaining predictable reward triggers.

Single-board vs multi-board models

Single Board

A single board layer where users cycle within one board type using consistent completion rules. Best for simpler operations and easy explanation.

Multi Board

Multiple board stages where completion promotes users into higher boards with different reward amounts. Best for tier-based growth and progressive incentives.

Auto Fill

Places new users into the next available slot automatically based on your queue rules.

Shuffling (Optional)

Reorders entries by configured rules to maintain fairness and consistent board movement.

You can enable or disable shuffling and re-entry based on your plan rules, region, and operational strategy.
